The Hotel is situated in a large mature garden with breathtaking views of the island, the bay of Naples, the Sorrento peninsular and the Amalfi coast. Close to the centre of Anacapri and to the chairlift that will transport you to the highest point of the island on Monte Solaro. Also a short walking distance to Axel Munthe's famous Villa San Michele. The 65 rooms, some with air conditioning, have terraces or balconies either with a sea view or a mountain view which is dominated by the famous "Barbarossa" Castle dating back a 1000 years.
